Started Filling the Turret Board

Tonight I didn't have much time to devote so I started pre-populating the turret board with the resistors and capacitors. I then realized that I forgot to order the big capacitors so I ordered them tonight. The laylout template that I used from the AX84 site could use a some work and a little more strategy with component placement.
